I think this is what you are after....
Run <netbackup install path>\bin\admincmd\bpgetconfig on the master server
and look for KEEP_JOBS_SUCCESSFUL_HOURS  and KEEP_JOBS_HOURS. It will be
there and it's a long list :-) If it is set to three days, this is what you
see. 

KEEP_JOBS_SUCCESSFUL_HOURS = 72 
KEEP_JOBS_HOURS = 72
 
If you want to set it to, say five days. Do the following.
 
echo KEEP_JOBS_SUCCESSFUL_HOURS = 120 | bpsetconfig
echo KEEP_JOBS_HOURS = 120 | bpsetconfig
 
and run bpgetconfig and check the ouput again. It should have increased
