start the jnbSA gui with logging and the -cl option.
 
ie.
 
#./jnbSA -lc -l /tmp/output.log
 
start the job you want, close jnbSA, then browse the log and you'll see
the commands in there.

        Is there a file that holds the script that gets executed when
