Greetings,
        I just got back to the office today after some time away.  I'm working 
on diagnosing some issues that cropped up with NBU during my absence.  I 
noticed one of my DSSU's wasn't doing a relocation very happily, so I ran a 
manual relocation and got this:

file open failed(12)

What I'm trying to figure out is where the odd character after Program came 
from.  Any tips, suggestions?
