Depends on your version. If it is below 5.1 MP5 you may have issue with
bpdbm log file bigger then 2GB.
If you have 2GB log - just delete one and restart Netbackup.

Dear guys...
I had a problem on bpdbm daemon wont start after the netbackup service
restarted.
after running the command: ./netbackup stop, and ./netbackup start
again, the bpdbm still sleep..
already trying to restart the service again for several times.. still
wont work... 
is there any command to make the bpdbm up?
