Hello, I?m new in the block.
 
Regarding your problem I do have the same scenario as you. The trick is to add 
NDMP license on your NetBackup (BP) server. It should solve the problem.
In the veritas support webpage look for Veritas Netbackup 4.5 for NDMP. I know 
you might have a newer version of BP but it will be very useful.
