as long as the client service on your server runs under SYSTEM
credentials you should not experience any problems.

To clarify
NBU 5.1 Win2k3 OS - A user had full control on folder and removed ALL
other admin / system accounts - although I cannot check this, I wanted
to verify if NetBackup has a way to STILL perform the backup even though
its the user account listed as full control for a folder.
