Restart the system services where the problem is occurring.

Delete the media perhaps from NBU?

NBU 5.1 MP4 on Windows 2000

I found two media in a Volume Pool that had expired, but not reverted back
to Scratch, so I opened their properties in the Windows GUI and changed them
back to scratch.  The GUI crashed, and now every time I open the GUI, select
and media or a volume pool (any view with media in
it) the GUI crashes.

Oh my!

Any ideas?
