You can launch a User backup from the client using the bpbackup command. You
will have to tell it what files or directories to backup.
You can launch a "scheduled" backup, where the files in the policy's
selection list will be backed up, by running bpbackup with the -i parameter
on the master server (or possibly on media servers - not sure). This is
equivelant to right clicking on a policy in the GUI and doing a Manual
Backup.
