    Hi Mike,

See in the NetBackup for SQL administrator guide how to make a script to
do a move restore, this script allow a redrected restore. If you use NBU
4.5FP3 or earlier you don't need to configure ODBC connection to do backups
and restore.

Assunto: [Veritas-bu] SQL restores

Hi All,
Concerning SQL restores, does the database have to be down to restore a
database from a backup and redirecting the files to a different directory?
I'm getting ODBC -1 and SQL state<37000> messages stating the restore fails
because the ODBC could not obtain exclusive access due to the database is in
use.

Thanks,
Mike Wigington
