We are currently getting a number of status code 81
errors (status 81 (Media Manager volume daemon (vmd)
is not active) & vmd not running). It appears that vmd
gets hung and has to be restarted. Has anyone seen
this before? We are using veritas enterprise server
5.1mp3 running on Solaris 2.9 and 6 media servers
running Solaris 9. We have started,getting this error
after implemented SSO 2 weeks back.Any Ideas?

This is the /usr/openv/volmgr/debug/daemon Logs shows

got error (status code 81)
