You need to identify the tapes to netbackup as cleaning tapes...ie, type
HCT_CLN or whatever format cleaning tape matches the hcart media type
yo're using.

Yeah, you're right on the media ID and barcode rules, but the whole idea
of the barcode rule is to identify that a given barcode (media ID)range
is a cleaning tape, and therby import the cart as type: 1/2"
**cleaning** cartridge 1, 2, or 3 rather than just importing it as a
standard media cartridge.
