Use bpimmedia to determine which backupids are on the LTO3 tape.
Then use bpduplicate to copy them to another tape.
Use bpduplicate's "-dstunit xxxx" parameter to write the duplicate to your
LTO1 storage unit.
Add the bpduplicate "-set_primary 1" parameter to make the new copy the
primary copy.

I won't ask why you're moving from LTO3 to LTO1 !!
