Shared Storage Option (SSO) - ideally, when you want a new Media Server to
connect to the Robot / Library and use it :-)
I think its mainly SAN based solution, and also, reduces storage costs (ie:
why buy 2 LTO3 Robots and drives, when you can share 1).
 
Thats how I understand it :-) Its a seperate license too :-( which means it
costs money! but not as much as a new library :-) 
 
Think of it as the ability to share drives "dynamically" between Media
Servers!
