[Veritas-bu] veritas net backup 5.1 issue

I  have Veritas net backup version 5.1 on windows 2000 . When I take
backup using DLT on a quantum drive the data transfer rate is very slow.

The rate is almost 1 mb/sec . Any suggestions on why this is happening.
