Is the client updated to the same version of NBU with the same MP applied?

Do you know what the DLL is that is "gone"? I've had similar failures
related to bpfis.exe, but a different error message than what Simon posted.
Mine is always an error in the Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library :
Runtime Error!

I upgraded my Master, Media, and this server to NBU 6 MP1. All three
Win2k3. That error is gone, but the client still fails.

bpfis.exe is used by VSP. I have an issue where a DLL used by bpfis is
"gone" and bpfis is causing backups of the system state to fail on a W2K
server.

Guys

Win2k3 NBU 5.1 Server with a shedload of clients for a remote site I am
looking after....

Can you help? I appear to have been getting alot of problems with a client
backup and in the Win2k3 Application Log:

Reporting queued error: faulting application bpfis.exe, version 5.1.0.135,
faulting module libvfutil.dll, version 4.1.118.0, fault address 0x00005724.

Has anyone seen this or have any advice? As a result of the above, backups
complete with status 196 backup window closed.

Rebooted, stopped and restarted Netbackup Client, but no joy !

Thanks

Simon
