Nope - it throws an 84 (media write error) if a DSSU is full. I believe
it still kicks off a 96 if a tape is full (which isn't an error) and
then can't allocate another one.
NetBackup tries to pack similar retentions together so it's possible
that it found room on a tape with daily retentions but couldn't find
tapes with the same retention as the jobs that failed.
Moral of the story is to buy more tapes...
