Hi Ed
Its only going to be this one client that needs to be backed up and as its
going to be used a lot, I do not really fancy the idea of this server doing
other client backups.

But its all theory at the mo, which I wanted to get opinions!

I am hoping streaming the job may well help, but at this stage, its early
days, so I am not too worried yet :-)

Isn't allowed and I don't think it will work.  SAN Media Servers only back
up themselves.

You don't need to add another SAN Media Server - just make the one SAN Media
Server a full media server.  It can then back up as many clients as you want
(including itself).
