Usually, because the tapes have been tried to use as backups for a certain
number of times in a given period and Netbackup freezes them!
If you check some of your backups in Activity Monitor, look for jobs that
had several retries - if the tape numbers shows in the job log matches up
with what you see in the Media Lists, that could be your answer.
