Where possible, Network backups should be done on a pre-set
configured layout (ie: 100 Full Duplex for example). No other type of
negotiation should be user whereever possible Mark. Your Gige Network,
so are you getting GB speed ?=20

GigE should be run Auto/Auto to allow proper flow control. (or
at least 1000/Auto)
