At least on my system, I wasn't able to decrease the copy count to less
than 2

All the options kinda suck.....would be nice if you could just turn off
the second copy's STU and have things go on, but even with the "continue
if other copy fails" option on, if one of the STUs isn't available,
nothing runs.......both caopies fail with status 219.
