Use vmchange. If your robot can eject to a mail port (some smaller ones
can't), you can use vmchange to eject the media.  You just have to ensure
that you don't try to eject more than the mail slot can hold.

 vmchange -vh `hostname` -res -m {tape id} -mt {media type} -rt none -v ---
-e -sec 1
 
I put that in a for loop that has the tapes to eject.  You can limit the for
loop to the number of slot in the cap.

Im beginning an off site routine and started by sending all tapes that were
used for the full back to the CAP.  Then off site those tapes.
Well this poses an issue when attempting a restore from the full backup. So
I created a new Media pool and made copies that will use the new pool. After
the back up is completed I would like to have the media moved right to the
cap waiting for me to pick them up the next morning.

Just wondering where I might find this option for the auto send to cap
option, or if this is an option.
