What sort of network are your clients on, 100 Mbit or Gigabit? For 100
Mbit the 10054's are mostly simple to solve by upgrading the NIC driver
and setting everything to 100 Mbit/FullDuplex.

On gigabit, the story is more difficult. Some NICs support setting the
duplex to full, but Gigabit is designed for autosensing and defaulting
to full. Be sure to align your switch and you NICs.

Always try to avoid using teaming for your NICs, either in load
balancing mode or in failover mode. Particularly Loadbalancing gives a
lot of trouble.
