I believe the highest level is 5.

There are files you can "touch" in the right locations which will
provide more verbosity-- but you'd have to ask tech support where and
how these are used.

Within the bp.conf file on the master use
VERBOSE = <some_number> (between 1-9 I believe. Stop and start NBU)

I have ours set to 5 when I need to look at stuff and it is pretty
chatty. I have no idea how much more 9 would be.
