V6 may have this, however I am NBU 5.1 - The option to go to 6 is not
available. If it was, I would have probably not worried about reports in
the first place :-)

Any other ideas or the use of a script would be good, otherwise its
going to be a case of manually pulling the information together!

I believe that the NetBackup Operations Manager in 6.0 will give them
this.  

With earlier releases, it's hard to pull the data together because
management probably doesn't want to know that you had a tape error and
the backup successfully re-ran.  Therefore, failures are not enough.

Mark Donaldson posted a script recently that gives you an endangered
file system report.  If it's not on the report, it's probably green.  It
could be a good start for you.  Mark, we recently appreciate that
script!
