Hi there,
After upgrading NetBackup from 5.0 MP4 to 5.1 MP3 I am have noticed that
a number of jobs stall with the last line of the activity text being
09/11/2005 19:26:45 - end writing; write time: 00:49:36
Where the write time varies per job.
The majority of these stalled jobs have the associated error
Cannot update image database to add completed fragment, error = network
read failed
Has anyone seen this error before? How would I go about fixing this
problem to allow me to get good backups again?
Any help / advice would be appreciated.
Also what are peoples thoughts of NB6? Worth going to at the present
time? Should I hold off till the first maintenance pack etc?
Best Regards,
Bill.

Does anyone have a script already written that will poll the jobs db and
pull out any jobs that are either failed or not completed and put them
in a text file? Just don't want to reinvent the wheel if I don't have
to.
