[Veritas-bu] error code 134

I've seen it only once before -- someone left a backup/archive/restore =
window open over the weekend (we run on Win2K3), and some of the NBU =
services went a little haywire.  We rebooted the system, and it went =
back to normal.  If you're running out of a UNIX flavor, there might be =
some runaway processes that you need to kill (say, something attached to =
your tape drive or network services).
