Hi everyone,
=20
NBU 4.5 running on Solaris 8 master and Solaris 8 media server. We're
having problems with tape drives in the jukebox, and I have a large
number of Vault jobs that have queued since we started having trouble
with the drives. I've shut down NBU completely and restarted it, but
the Vault jobs that were queued before are still queued, and for some
reason I can't get them to stop through the GUI. Is there a CLI trick I
can use on the master to clear those jobs out of the queue?
