Hello All

We're trying to install the Netbackup 5.1 Client 32bit version on a Windows 
2003 SP1 AMD64 and get the follow error in the eventviewer application log:

Product: VERITAS NetBackup Client -- Error 1719.The Windows Installer Service 
could not be accessed. This can occur if you are running Windows in safe 
mode, or if the Windows Installer is not correctly installed.

Windows ® Installer. V 3.01.4000.1830 

Any ideas/suggestions will be appreciated
