Hope this is a good place to ask this question.
I'm just curious on how other business entities are staffed around backup 
& disaster recovery.

I'm trying to get a feel for how many people should you need to do a 
adequate job supporting a backup system.
Is there someplace you can go to see what experts say you need for support 
and administration of x amount of systems?

How many should it take to do the following tasks below:  1 person!

We backup apprx.  200 clients.  One master & two media servers.
All sorts of mixed backup types..  Sql, Oracle, Novel, Microsoft, Solaris, 
Aix, etc.. etc.. etc..
Support STK powder horn 5500 slots and 12 LTO Gen2 tapes drives. 
Support NetApp R200 32 TB .

Do all upgrades patches etc. on all stuff.
Take care of all restores and SLA / Policies.

Do all research and recommendations on future Backup & DR projects..

Monitor and watch all reports.

Document system etc...

And anything else that comes along..
