You can also use the BPDBJOBS_COLDEFS entries in bp.conf to predefine
the columns that bpdbjobs will spit out (including setting column
widths).  Refer to the Unix sys admin guide II.

bpdbjobs will give you what you are looking for. Start with bpdbjobs
-most_columns and then move to bpdbjobs -all_columns if you need more
detailed info.
