I'm running 5.0MP4 now, and licensed for Advance Client <Core Frozen
Image Services>

That what I need?

I haven't spent any time investigating it.

IIUC, it does block level backups, and possibly block level
incrementals? And allows file level restore?

On the client side, I guess there's an "advanced client" to install,
then just configure the policy to be a flash backup type?
