Bruce,

In our 5.1 MP3/SL8500/ACSLS environment I'm using SLES 9 as media servers, =
but would go with Qlogic HBA's as we've better driver maintenance in the =
Linux space compared to the Emulex HBA drivers. We evaluated the 9940b =
drives prior to our technology refresh and they were listed as compatible =
(we didn't select them as a preferred drive).

We are looking at SUSE linux 9 as a master and media servers.
Our concern is will they support the StorageTek 9940b drives. We plan to =
use emulex HBA's.
Does anyone have a similar configuration? What is your experience?
