Hello All

I have a problem with a hanging bptm.exe process. The system is Windows 2003 
master/media server with two DELL Powervault 136T robots attach by fiber the 
drives are HP LT01 and IBM LTO2 which are SCSI attach through the fiber 
bridge in the each robot.

I have tried pskill, tskill and taskkill all of which process killed, but the 
process dosn't disappear in the taskmanager

Any ideas/suggestion to avoid a reboot will be appreciated
