You could deassign and then reassign the tape but it is NOT ADVISED to
do so.
Tim is right on with the comment about expiration problems down the
line.

You cannot move assigned tapes from pool to pool... and it's a bad idea
as it will lead to expiration problems down the road.
You can move unassigned tapes with the vmchange command:
vmchange -p <pool_number> -m <media_id>
