Hello Everyone, 
We have a production network and a beta network and would like to be able to
restore clients across the separate networks without having to restore the
entire catalog or importing the tape - both of these methods have proven to
be very time consuming.  I read the white paper on  "Recovery without
Import" but I'm not sure I understand item 7 under Procedure which states:
"Merge the copied images into the catalog at the new location".  Are we
needing a Veritas command or is this a matter of copying the client
directory from the source to the destination?  In performing the latter and
then performing a restore, the correct tape mounts and starts restoring but
never actually restores anything.  What am I missing?
