We are currently running 5.1 MP2 and would like to be able to use the 
checkpoint restarts but NetBackup doesn't seem to be acquiring the needed 
info to use this feature.  If I look in the \db\jobs\restart folder while 
the backups are running from what I have read I should see the *.ckpts 
files that store the checkpoint information for the jobs but I do not see 
any.  All policies are set to use checkpoint restarts at an interval of 15 
minutes.    If I look in the bpsched log I show the following error.

C:\Program Files\VERITAS\NetBackup\db\jobs\restart\23012.ckpts for r
00:14:59.986 [2360.2732] <2> db_get_last_checkpoint: cannot open file 
C:\Program Files\VERITAS\NetBackup\db\jobs\restart\23012.ckpts, The system 
cannot find the file specified. 

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
