Hello everyone,

I'm trying to run a n Inventory but get the following messages returned.


robot inventory failed; Unable to sense robotic device.

Other than raising a hardware call does anybody have  a way forward.
Obviously, all of our backups are timing out.

Secondly, will the following configuration work

The Master  is at 5.0 MP3.

Can a 3.4 client  be compatible with a 5.0 server.   For historical reasons
this is the position we are in.
