I withdraw my groveling.

MM/DD/YYYY is the same as "MM/DD/YYYY 00:00:00"  - windows open at
midnight.
I just tested and I was short all my daytime schedules.

I think you're back to looping a time value through the date range.

This is almost right - this command shows windows that are open at that
specific time.  Most useful, but not supplied, would be to allow a date
range.

I've written my own "predictor" by looping the time for the command
below,
increasing the time by 30 minutes each time, then sorting for
uniqueness.
It's messy but it works.

bpsched -predict datetime

format for datetime is mm/dd/yyyy HH:MM:SS  there is also a Unix time
switch

going through every policy in the gui is to time consuming
