[Veritas-bu] BPend_notify only does half of its job

Hi, I have a problem using bpend_notify to bring an oracle database
backup up. If I run the script myself from the command line it works
successfully. But when bpend_notify is used to run the script at the end
of the backup all functions of the script are not completed - confusing
that some lines in the script complete but one other doesn't.

The script starts oracle, starts the instances and then starts the
listener. But the listener does not start when the script is run by
bpend_notify. If I run the script myself from command line the listener
starts no problem.=20
