Get thee to the system admin guide & lookup "bpstart_notify.bat" and
"bpend_notify.bat".  They're what you need.

NB5.1 MP1 - Windows 2003 

I am still searching, but is there a way for a client to pre and post stuff
for a backup that is run by Netbackup Scheduler?

I'd like the client to stop some services at backup start and restart after
the backup stops. 

I know I can script the backup as a manual backup, but I was trying to see
if you can do it when its scheduled by Netbackup.
