you will need to touch /usr/openv/netbackup/NOSHM (NOSHM is all letters,
that's NOT a ZERO).
After doing this, please recycle the NetBackup services and then try to run
your restore again

We are trying trying to restore a Oracle rman backup, but on this particular
host Netbackup will not play ball.
In /usr/openv/netbackup/logs/dbclient we get a log file that says:-
