I have a client that backed up files with her now dead Windows NT box to NBU 
5.0.

Now, she's trying to restore files from our NBU 5.1MP1 server to her desktop 
WinXp with NBU 5.1MP1 client.

I've setup "altnames" so she can do restores of her downed NT box to her 
desktop.

The problem is that restored files are unusable (locked, busy ... somehow not 
usable).  The box referring to access control on the restore GUI is greyed out.

The same problem happens if I restore to my WinXP desktop via the Admin 
Console.  However, the access control box is not greyed out in the Admin 
Console.  *If* I check that box (to not restore access restrictions ... not 
sure of exact wording), the restored file is usable.  

Anyone else seen this problem or know of a workaround for my client?
