Chris,

Netbackup reads hardware and OS from /usr/openv/netbackup/client directory.
It is structured that hardware is a top directory, ex. Solaris and OS is 
subdirectory of Solaris, ex. Solaris2.6, Solaris8, ... .
It looks like your directory /usr/openv/netbackup/client has only 
Solaris subdirectory or other hardware subdirectories are not readable.
