Verify that the timeout on the client is set to a high number (I
usually set 50,000 seconds). I belive the default is 500 seconds. Once
you start the restore, the data must be moving within the timeout
period, if it does not you will not be able to restore your database.
The larger the database the longer it will take to restore it.

Hi guys

I'm trying to do a redirected restore of a SAP database using SQL agents
on NEtbackup 4.5 FP6. when I try and redirect a restore I get a network
connection timed out, with a status 5 error. Everything looks fine but I
cant seem to explain why I get this error. Altnames are all there....
PLEASE HELP....
