The tape barcode is either skewed, out of alignment in it's slot, up side
down, or is outside the 'normal' range for the reader. I've even had a
couple that to light when the vendor moved to a different ink. Thank
you, Samuel J. Coco, STG Functional Area Manager, ARL Sr UNIX

I have a question. I have a netbackup 5.0 , it's running on Win2003 with the
small robot (Timberwolf) 29 slots & 2 tape drives. I inject manually the
tape into the robot, when I run inventory, it shows the media tape ID and
the default media ID (Axxxxx) (ex: I inject 5 tapes in robot, it shows 2
tapes with the tape ID (N11911, N12128) and the rest are A00051, A00052,
A00053). Anyone know what is the problem ? how could I resolve it, thanks .
Regards Tom
