[Veritas-bu] NBU 4.5 MP6 to FP7 Migration

A lot of fixes in FP7, especially for bpsched. We just jumped to it
from FP6 a week later from 3.4 P5. Works fine for us here. Vault
reporting seems to be broken in FP6 so we Veritas recommended that we
jump to FP7. Since then, it's working again for us.
