[Veritas-bu] Master server rename plus upgrade from 3.2 to 5.0mp2

This is for info purposes only.

I have just gone through a master server rename with an installed =
netbackup 3.2GA on Solaris 8 attached to an L1000 tape drive unit.=20
The rename was done so catalogues can be taken from a production site ( =
with machine name the same as the newly renamed machine ) and recovered =
in this DR environment in the event of disaster removing the need to =
import tapes used on the production site.

Secondly I have upgraded from netbackup 3.2ga through all the steps to =
version 5.0Mp2.

If anyone is thinking of doing this or has any trouble email me and ill =
be glad to pass on any knowledge ive gained through doing this.=20
