Here are a few things that I do:
1. Make sure indexing is turned off on that drive (Fast File Find).
2. If the backup is failing due to the time it takes NetBackup to create
the backup-file-list, crank up the Client Properties: File Browse Time Out
and Client Read Time Out settings.
