Well, it was a DOS batch thing, it's now a Windows CMD thing.
To answer the question, you don't. Just put your command in the
.BAT file itself. But you can if needed insert a CALL statement
in the .BAT to point to another batch file. The bpstart/bpend
files are just plain batch files, same rules as usual apply.
