[Veritas-bu] Drive Serial number mismatch in MP 5.1

Hi,

We just upgraded to Netbackup 5.0 MP2 (from 5.0), and we've had serious
probles ever since. Before I uninstall the MP2, I'd like to see if I can
solve the problem.
It actually worked fine for two or three days, but then our backups started
failing with error 83 (Media open error).
This is what the BPTM log says:

I think serialization for many drives was introduced in MP1, but I don't
understand much about it.
Can someone please explain to me why this is happeneing, and what I can do
to fix it?

And, if I have to uninstall MP2, must I do so on all the clients, too?
